Who can participate?
The costs incurred
When you go on a mission, you are a member and you pay income tax, some of your expenses will be deducted the following year such as:
- the price of your plane ticket to go on a mission
- the purchase of a suitcase
- a portable practice table
- a blouse and certain items necessary for your practice on site.
- certain training costs for tutors
This tax deduction permission can only be applied to expenses incurred as a volunteer upon presentation of an invoice dating from the year of your departure on mission up to 66% of the expenses incurred depending on your income tax amount.
For whom?
The volunteers who can participate in our actions (Samu Social, Armenia or Rwanda) are volunteers from a 5-year osteopathy school course:
either second cycle students (4th and 5th year of study)
either qualified osteopaths.
Third-year students are welcome to observe.
Please note that for solidarity trips taking place during the summer period, a 3rd year student who has validated their year in June will participate in these solidarity missions as a 4th year student.
Leave
You wish to participate and you are a student or recent graduate:
you will be a practitioner.
You have been a qualified DO osteopath for at least 5 years:
you will be a tutor and represent the association.
In any case, if you would like to practice alongside us, you just need to join and then choose the actions and periods that interest you.
